Working with visionary leaders is
one of my favorite things to do. I believe that many
of us are born leaders and naturally gravitate into leadership
positions wherever we go. This gift carries with it a moral and
social obligation to ensure that those you lead are led in the right
direction. I feel the best direction is along the 'Purposeful Path' and
as you may already know... this is not an easy task to accomplish! Leadership
coaching begins by aligning
you with your life's work.
Those
leaders who are in line with their life's purpose seem to have the
greatest influence and impact on those they lead. This journey also
allows you to clarify your personal 'Why' in life, and ensure that you
stay on your chosen path amid all of the distractions that come your
way. Generally people
will naturally follow leaders who are guided by
a higher purpose since they tend to display a passion and
dedication that surpasses those who lack direction, clarity or purpose. Next,
we uncover and find ways to best utilize your passions, talents, values
and skills to help position you in the role that has the greatest
impact on others, the
role you are here to fulfill. The purposeful
leader has the greatest impact
when they understand their strengths and continue to build on them.
While many programs tend to focus on building up the weak
spots,
our focus will be on making your strongest areas even stronger. Once
you are clear and have the path laid out in front of you we can begin
the process of supporting you on developing goals and objectives.
They must be large enough that they stretch your beliefs and
break down old barriers that have held you
